I completed my Bikram Teacher Training in Los Angeles in 2003.  Completed my children's level 1 Radiant Child Teacher training 2006, Hot Pilates  level 1 Teacher Training 2019, and lastly  level 1 Vinyasa Teacher Training with Hamish and Margo from Apollo Studios in Christchurch. I love all styles of yoga.  

It doesn't matter where I am in my life there is always yoga. As a Registered Nurse yoga is one of the best forms of exercise and movement for my body physically and mentally.

Having the opportunity to teach at one of the best studios with the best teachers I'm New Zealand has been an honour.
